Cowell Development is one of the leading high-end property developers in Indonesia. Cowell has designed lots of high-end properties in various regions in Indonesia. Most recently, Cowell is developing 45 Antasari and Grand Central Bogor apartment.
Challenge :
As the name implies, 45 Antasari is located on Jalan Antasari, which located in the heart of Jakarta. Like 45 Antasari, Cowell Development has also developed an upscale apartment in Bogor: Grand Central Bogor. The apartment is located in Bogor’s CBD, a strategic location with easy access to the city of Jakarta.
Solution :
Metamorphosys Studio designed branding for 45 Antasari and Grand Central Bogor. The branding design covers the logo and marketing tools of those two properties.
