Excelso is an original coffee and cafe brand from Indonesia, part of the Kapal Api Group, the largest coffee producer in Indonesia. Excelso has grown to become one of the most reputable cafes in Indonesia.

Challenge :

They were inspired to make it easier for their loyal customers to get premium quality coffee and continue to experiment and develop new products so that they can compete with other global brands. Therefore, Excelso needs content on social media, such as creating advertisements or promotions to increase their brand awareness on social media and their sales.

Solution :

To achieve this goal, we made a social media plan that has been briefed because they always develop new things for their products and brands.
