Background :
Grand Batavia is a district-scale residential development in Puri Jaya. Located on Jalan Raya Cadas-Kukun, Pasar Kemis. It has a land area of more than 45 hectares. It consists of about 12 residential clusters, several commercial areas, Batavia Splash Water Adventure, and other facilities.
Challenge :
Grand Batavia has various advantages, here we try to visualize it in the form of graphic design in order to attract new prospective customers to have a residence in Grand Batavia.
Solution :
